The Intensive Care Unit has been designed to provide the care and treatment needed for any patient requiring constant nursing observation. The unit has the ability to monitor 4 critically ill patients.

Nurses at Franklin Foundation Hospital are trained to provide this level of care. An entire team of professionals are dedicated to the comprehensive care of each patient -- from the patient's personal physician, specialists, nurses, social service personnel, dieticians, pharmacists, discharge planning personnel.
