If we have not met your healthcare needs, we encourage you to speak with a member of your healthcare team. The procedure for submission of a written or verbal grievance to the hospital is as follows:
- State concern to staff present; or,
- Submit written or verbal statement to the Nursing Supervisor or the Administrator on call.
- Receive follow-up from Nursing Supervisor or the Administrator on call within 72 hours.
